The partners of Sparks & Craig, LLP are licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia.

The firm engages in trial and appellate work in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. We also advise clients on agency and advertising law; commercial and corporate matters; both state and federal election laws and campaign practices; elder law; business contracts and employment law; selected domestic relations matters; and trademark and copyright laws.

The firm's practice includes the organization and administration of tax-exempt groups and foundations, and related issues.

Sparks & Craig is designated an "AV-rated" law firm by the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory. Ratings reflect the confidential opinions of members of the Bar and the Judiciary.
