- Morgan v. Science Applications International Corporation, 612 F.Supp.2d 81 (D.D.C. 2009) (agreement compelled arbitration in False Claims Act case against former employer);

- Dellinger v. Science Applications International Corporation, 2010 WL 1375263, E.D.Va., April 02, 2010 ( No. 1:10-CV-25 ) (Fair Labor Standards Act's anti-retaliation provision does not permit a lawsuit by a job applicant against potential employer); and

Ratledge v. Science Applications International Corporation, 2011 WL 652274, E.D.Va., February 10, 2011 (No. 1:10-CV-239) (employee of subcontractor may not assert ADA claim against prime contractor).

As part of its appellate practice, the firm has filed amicus curiae briefs for its clients with the U.S. Supreme Court and with the U.S. Second and Third Circuit Courts of Appeal.

Mr. Sparks appeared as one of two panelists on the March 22, 2008 edition of the C-SPAN series, "The Communicators" to discuss the Supreme Court's grant of certiorari in Fox v FCC, in which the Court will consider for the first time in 30 years the scope of the FCC's power to police indecent programming by broadcasters.
